　　恒智控股（08405）公布，私有化计划于2025年2月24日（开曼群岛时间）举行的法院聆讯中获大法院批准。

　　待余下条件于 2025年2月28日（星期五）（开曼群岛时间）或之前获达成或豁免（如适用）后，计划预期将于 2025年 2月 28日（星期五）（开曼群岛时间）或之前生效。

　　公司已根据GEM上市规则第9.23（2）条向联交所申请并获联交所批准撤销股份在联交所的上市地位，自2025五年 3月4日（星期二）下午四时正起生效，惟须视乎计划生效而定。
