兴证国际间接全资附属公司购入900万美元永续证券
2月26日，兴证国际（06058）发布公告，公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2025年2月5日及2月25日在公开市场分别购买本金总额为900万美元（相当于约7065万港元）的永续证券，总代价约为982万美元（相当于约7706万港元）。此次购买事项因适用百分比率超出5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，故需遵守相关上市规则，但获豁免遵守股东批准的规定。
公告中提到，永续证券的发行人为汇丰控股有限公司，固定年利率为8%，且无到期日。购买事项的资金来自公司的内部资源，董事会认为此次购买将有助于公司投资组合的均衡，并为股东带来稳定回报，符合公司的投资策略。
