万科香港宣布，大埔南半山马窝路19号大型住宅发展项目正式命名为“Le Mont 上然”。
万科香港董事总经理周铭禧称，整个发展项目由6座住宅大楼组成，共提供1,650个单位，标准单位户型涵盖开放式至四房间隔，并设特色户，迎合不同客户的多元需求。
万科香港执行董事梁启安称，上然利用地势高差将地块划分为三个部分Garden Deck、Mountain Deck及Sky Deck，每个部分由两幢住宅大楼组成，设计及景观各有特色，层层递进、视野开扬广阔，亦让建筑群包括住宅大楼、会所以至园境衔接周边的自然环境。(da/k)
