联合能源集团对于收购东风集团52%股权发布补充公告
2月27日，联合能源集团（00467）发布公告，补充说明其于2025年2月14日发布的关于收购东风集团北京投资控股有限公司及其附属公司52%股权的公告。此次收购采用了审慎保守的估值方法，以确保良好的商业实践。该风电项目的估值基于收益法，通过对2024年6月30日至2037年6月的预测现金流进行折现来计算企业价值。
公告中指出，巴基斯坦99兆瓦风电项目的关键参数包括电价预估、发电量和运营成本。预计2023年的运维成本为550万美元，并将每年增加2.2%。折现率则在13.5%-13.9%之间，非经营性资产合计为5700万美元，而非经营性负债为1.26亿美元。最终，本次收购的总对价被确定为1900万美元。所有其他披露信息保持不变。
