近年本港有多间建筑公司倒闭或结业，被问到会否做“白武士”接盘，周大福创建(00659.HK) 集团联席首席执行官何智恒表示，旗下建筑公司已从保华、协盛等接手约6至7个项目，强调每项收购及投资都要审视项目基本面、对集团的益处及盈利贡献，现阶段无需要充当白武士。
至于出售非核心业务计划，他指出，过去多年在处置业务时会出于不同考量，包括业务增长潜力、协同效应等，认为每个阶段都会有不同业务会出售，而经过过去五年架构重整后各业务都录得稳健增长，目前未见有急切出售资产的需要。
联席首席执行官郑志明透露，集团可动用流动资金总额约299亿元，当中包括现金及融资额度，已着手组建团队，在香港、中国内地、东南亚及日本物色数据中心资产投资机会，惟市场资金近年已大举流入东南亚数据中心产业，寻找投资目标时需考量其回报及性价比。何智恒补充，在公路业务方面也会留意手头项目的发展及扩建需要，或会选择增持股权，认为在当前环境下，相较投资一个新项目，增持是相对安全及保守的做法。(gc/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-26 16:25。)
