智通财经APP讯，瑛泰医疗(01501)发布公告，于2025年2月27日，公司有条件与上海科投股份(作为联合普通合伙人及基金管理人)、辰耀企业(作为联合普通合伙人)及其他有限合伙人(作为有限合伙人)订立合伙协议，内容有关设立辰耀新晨基金并对其进行投资。公司将以有限合伙人的身份投资辰耀新晨基金，并将认缴出资人民币1亿元。
辰耀新晨基金将于中国注册为一家有限合伙企业，主要目标为通过对医疗器械公司进行股权投资实现投资回报。截至本公告日期，辰耀新晨基金尚未物色到任何投资目标。
公告称，于辰耀新晨基金的投资为公司创造了一个契机，有助公司促进其在医疗及生物技术以及其他相关行业的战略发展、提升其竞争力及巩固其市场地位。
