智通财经APP讯，合丰集团(02320)发布公告，有关森业纸业税务问题，根据广东省高级人民法院日期为2024年7月19日的行政裁定书，复审申请请求已被驳回。广东省高级人民法院认为，复审申请不符合<中华人民共和国行政诉讼法>第九十一条规定的情形，故依照最高人民法院关于适用<中华人民共和国行政诉讼法>的解释第一百一十六条第二款的规定驳回森业纸业复审申请请求。
森业纸业其后按照<人民检察院行政诉讼监督规则>第5条向广东省清远市人民检察院申请行政监督。于2025年1月13日，广东省清远市人民检察院决定受理森业纸业申请行政监督。截至本公告日期，广东省清远市人民检察院尚未作出任何判决。
截至本公告日期，尚未收到广州铁路运输中级法院的判决书。
