Seacon Shipping's (HKG:2409) Singapore-registered indirect wholly-owned subsidiary plans to sell a ship to owners Kimura Kisen and Eisho Shipping for $34 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange.

The owners will then charter the vessel to Liberia-registered Seacon Seattle for 10 years upon delivery of the vessel at $118,500 per month under the bareboat charter, the filing said.

The vessel is a 40,000 deadweight-ton bulk carrier that is still being built.
