智通财经APP讯，周大福创建(00659)发布截至2024年12月31日止六个月中期业绩,收入101.21亿港元;整体应占经营溢利按年上升4%至22.253亿港元;股东应占溢利强劲增长15%至11.576亿港元;每股基本盈利0.29港元，拟派发中期普通股息每股0.3港元及特别股息每股0.3港元。
公告称，于本期间，整体应占经营溢利的增长主要得益于：(1)保险业务持续强劲的盈利增长;(2)港怡医院应占经营亏损大幅减少;及(3)物流业务中的亚洲货柜物流中心香港有限公司(“亚洲货柜物流中心”)及中铁联合国际集装箱有限公司(“中铁联集”)的应占经营溢利贡献增加。但是，该等正面贡献被以下因素部分抵销：(1)设施管理业务中的“免税”店业务(集团已于本期间出售)及香港会议展览中心(“会展中心”)表现欠佳;及(2)道路业务的应占经营溢利轻微下降，主要由于广州市北环高速公路的特许经营年期已于2024年3月届满所致。
