中旭未来(09890.HK) 公布，旗下间接全资附属公司香港远达未来于周三(26日)，与恺英网络股份(002517.SZ) 附属公司“杭州恺兴网络科技”签订合作备忘录。据悉，双方拟共同投资极逸公司，以共同推进人工智能大模型技术在游戏领域的发展。
公告指，投资合作之主要条款包括，远达未来的投资方式为货币出资，总计投入1,000万元人民币，投后将持有极逸公司10%股权；极逸公司主要业务为开发“形意”人工智能大模型和人工智能引擎在游戏、影视和其他泛娱乐领域的商业化应用；极逸公司重要管理层必须与标极逸公司签订不少于3年的劳动合同或保持聘用、合作关系，即重要管理层应持续为标的公司工作不少于3年等。
中旭未来相信，人工智能的多元化应用将提升集团的游戏发行及营运成效。利用“形意”人工智能大模型的技术支持，集团可优化旗下游戏产品的发行及营运流程，降低营运成本。人工智能技术的应用可助力集团实现精准营销，优化新游戏与研发商的对接及测试效率，加速新游戏上市速度。同时，使用人工智能辅助游戏开发与内容生成，有助于降低开发成本，提升游戏创意及玩家体验，助力集团实现品牌价值最大化。(js/w)
