MINEOLA, Texas, Feb. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Community Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: "TCBS"), the holding company of Broadstreet Bank, SSB, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the payment of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.04 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on or about March 24, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 10, 2025.
