据《星岛日报》引述消息指，政府将于本周三(26日)《财政预算案》中提出善用海滨资源推动“无处不旅游”，包括在红磡站临海用地兴建游艇会，料提供以百计游艇位，以促进游艇旅游，带来高端消费客群。
同时，政府计划在该处发展商业住宅项目，正由港铁(00066.HK) 研究，本年中会就土地用途提建议。由于发展需时，当局正探讨不同可能性，在落实发展之前增设公园、活动空间等，以搞活海滨人气。
此外，政府初步选定中环、尖沙咀等4个海滨引入轻食及饮品档，并有意邀请具经验人士加入，例如西九文化区的营运者，强调当局对不同选项持开放态度。消息人士指，维港海滨是旅客和市民休闲热门地点，上月开放的北角东岸板道大受市民欢迎，会继续利用好海滨资源丰富游人体验，长远而言不排除会引入餐厅设施。(ca/k)
