ICF International (ICFI) reported Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Thursday of $1.87 per diluted share, up from $1.68 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.86.
Revenue for the quarter that ended Dec. 31 was $496.3 million, up from $478.4 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $494.2 million.
The company expects Q1 2025 non-GAAP earnings of between $1.70 and $1.80. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.87.
The company expects Q1 revenue of $480 million to $500 million. Analysts polled by FactSet project $525.7 million.
The company expects 2025 revenue, and non-GAAP earnings to range from flat to down 10% from 2024 levels. The 10% drop represents "the maximum downside risk we foresee from the loss of business primarily from federal government clients during this transition year," the company said.
Shares traded nearly 5% lower in after-hours activity.
