目标公司于中国成立，其股份于股转系统上市(股票代码：832968)。目标公司主要从事科技园区的建设、管理与运营。
集团主要从事数码视频业务、新能源汽车业务、云生态大数据业务、物业投资、物业发展及一般贸易。鉴于集团自2022年起一直取得亏损，董事一直积极检讨并拟对集团现有业务作出调整，以精简营运及改善集团日后的财务状况。出售事项使公司可投入更多资源及努力专注于其他核心业务分部作未来发展。
