新华财经香港3月3日电（记者林迎楠）内地茶饮品牌蜜雪冰城母公司蜜雪集团3月3日在香港交易所挂牌上市。承接上周五（2月28日）暗盘势头，开报每股262港元，较招股定价每股202.5港元高出29.4%，成交金额16.2亿港元，一手账面赚约5950港元。

截至午市收盘，蜜雪集团股价上涨40.05%，报283.6港元，成交额为33.52亿港元。

据悉，此次IPO发行是2025年至今港股发行规模最大的IPO项目，也是港股市场现制茶饮行业市值最大的IPO项目，创下港股市场新股认购的新纪录。

公开信息显示，蜜雪集团此次全球发售1705.99万股，其中，香港发售170.60万股，国际发售1535.39万股，募资总额为34.55亿港元。

招股书显示，2024年，蜜雪冰城共实现饮品出杯量约90亿杯，实现了约583亿元的终端零售额，分别同比增长21.9%及21.7%。从门店数量来看，截至2024年9月，该公司通过加盟模式发展的门店数量超过4.5万家，覆盖内地及海外11个国家，已超越星巴克成为全球最大现制饮品企业，超越麦当劳成为全世界餐饮门店数量最多的品牌。
