彭博社引述消息报道，名创优品(09896.HK)考虑将Top Toy潮玩品牌分拆并在香港上市，并与潜在顾问就可能的股票发行交易进行磋商，或将融资约3亿美元。

Top Toy潮玩品牌，于2020年12月成立，由名创优品旗下公司那是家大潮玩 (广东) 文化创意有限公司运营，致力于打造全球最大最全的世界级潮玩品牌，搭建与年轻人深度沟通的潮玩体验&消费主场，构建种类最全、艺术&商业价值最高的潮玩平台。自2020年12月在广州正佳广场开出首家店以来，TOP TOY在全国80多座城市黄金圈迅速扩张，布局北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都等80多座城市，覆盖100多个主要核心商圈。
最新季度报告显示，截至去年9月30日，包括第三方营运的门市在内，Top Toy潮玩品牌全球门市数量已增至234家。
根据名创优品2022年香港上市招股书，弗若斯特沙利文数据显示，TOP TOY于2021年的GMV达到人民币3.74亿元，在中国潮流玩具市场中排名第七。
