Acusensus Unit Secures New Contract with Australian Government Agency; Shares Up 6%

Acusensus (ASX:ACE) subsidiary Acusensus Australia secured a new contract with Transport for New South Wales for the delivery of its mobile phone and seatbelt detection services, and associated project orders, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The agreement has a five-year term, with two additional renewal options for 12 months, the filing said.

Initial project orders under the agreement are valued at AU$8.9 million per annum, according to the filing.

Shares were up 6% in midday trade Monday.
