中新网3月2日电 据英国广播公司(BBC)报道，当地时间3月1日，英国首相斯塔默在伦敦唐宁街10号会见到访的乌克兰总统泽连斯基，斯塔默对泽连斯基表示“完全支持”，并签署了一份22.6亿英镑的贷款协议。

据报道，斯塔默对泽连斯基表示，“我们将与你和乌克兰站在一起，无论需要多长时间。”泽连斯基回应说，“我想感谢你们，感谢英国民众。”

报道称，泽连斯基对斯塔默表示，他很高兴自己的国家有“这样的朋友”，此前他刚在白宫与美国总统特朗普举行会晤，但会晤最终演变为两人之间的争吵。

泽连斯基和斯塔默还签署了一项价值22.6亿英镑的贷款，用于乌克兰的军事物资采购，这笔贷款将通过冻结的俄罗斯资产收益支付。

斯塔默还将于当地时间3月2日主持欧洲领导人峰会，讨论如何结束乌克兰危机，以及更广泛的欧洲防务问题。
