Brookfield Wealth Solutions (BNT) said Monday it is entering the UK insurance market to provide bulk annuity products for UK pension schemes, following approval from the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority.
Operating under the Blumont Annuity UK brand, Brookfield Wealth Solutions expects to begin operations later in the first quarter, pending final regulatory approvals.
