3月3日，雀巢官宣已与徐氏家族达成协议，收购糖果糕点制造商徐福记剩余40%的股份，实现对徐福记的全资控股。

1992年，徐氏四兄弟在东莞创立了徐福记。早在2011年，雀巢以17亿美元的价格收购了徐福记60%股权。根据当时媒体报道，徐福记2010年的营收为43.1亿元，净利润为6.02亿元，在国内有4家大型工厂，拥有1.6万名员工。

此后的十余年间，在渠道迅速变革、电商平台迅速兴起、新零食品牌不断崛起等变化带来的冲击下，徐福记也在谋求转型。

尼尔森零售研究数据显示，在2024年的大卖场超市渠道，徐福记散装糖、散装巧克力、散装糕点三大品类位居市场第一，散装果冻位居第二，其中散装糖、散装巧克力的市场占有率均超过30%。

对于雀巢而言，全资控股徐福记不仅仅是一次简单的资本运作，更是其深化中国市场布局的重要一步。财报显示，雀巢在2024年的大中华区销售额约为50亿瑞士法郎（约403亿人民币），同比有机增长率（即排除并购等因素影响后的自然增长）为2.1%，糖果业务贡献了其中的16.1%。

资料显示，雀巢在中国已有近40年的历史，目前在中国运营着23家工厂、5个产品创新中心和3个研发中心，并在中国雇佣了超2.1万名员工。
