中国绿岛科技(02023.HK) 公布，于三门县人民政府进行的法定招标程序完成后，已于2024年3月25日就浙江省三门县滨海科技城一幅工业用地的土地使用权订立合同，总代价为3,423万元人民币，并已于2024年5月9日交付。
公司表示，将交易错误归类导致因疏忽未能及时就收购事项遵守上市规则之规定，构成违反上市规则第14章，对违反上市规则深表遗憾，强调是因人为失误而无意中算错了规模测试，导致发生不合规情况，近日准备若干财务更新资料时发现有关收购事项的规模测试计算错误，认为延迟刊发本公告并非有意为之，实属无心之失，未来将加强内部监控及对相关员工的培训及提醒。(gc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
