智通财经APP讯，和黄医药(00013)发布公告，于2025年2月28日，根据金浦健服购股协议，金浦健服股权投资管理指定上海金浦志诚私募投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)(作为金浦健服买方基金)及上海金浦志佰合企业管理合伙企业(有限合伙)(作为指定买方)，分别购买上海和黄药业25.1247%及9.8753%的股权，合共相当于所有金浦健服待售股份。
鉴于公司于过去二十年已在中国建立起强大的业务基础，公司会将建议出售事项所得款项再次投资于其在中国经营的业务。是次出售将促进资源分配，使这些资源可以重新调配至公司在中国开展的创新性举措，特别是旨在强化其研发能力以及扩大其生产及商业化基础设施的举措。此战略重点将使公司得以更好地把握其未来的发展机遇。
