近日，中鼎旗下全资子公司安徽睿思博机器人科技有限公司与埃夫特智能装备股份有限公司签署战略合作协议，双方将在具身智能、机器人领域内进行创新合作。

中鼎股份专注于谐波减速器、关节总成等部件产品的研发，埃夫特在工业机器人及智能化应用领域积累了丰富的专业知识和经验。为共同推动相关业务发展，持续提升竞争优势，双方将针对工业机器人及人形机器人关节等部件总成产品展开多维度、全方位的战略合作。

本次合作是中鼎股份在机器人部件总成产品领域的又一战略部署，中鼎将携手埃夫特针对机器人部件总成产品，打造行业领先的产品研发、制造工艺和质量标准，共同挖掘在机器人领域的创新机会。
