【货币政策框架转型 货币统计“仪表盘”不断优化】金十数据3月4日讯，随着我国经济结构转型加快，金融市场日益发展，融资结构不断变化，货币政策框架亟待适应性调整。过去一年里，相关改革正在不断深化。2024年7月，中国人民银行明示公开市场7天期逆回购操作利率是当前的政策利率，将操作方式调整为固定利率、数量招标。逆回购利率不再是中标结果，而是由央行根据货币政策调控需要确定，以此推动货币政策框架向价格型调控转型。由于框架转型不是一蹴而就的，数量型和价格型调控并行还将持续一段时间，也需要优化货币统计的“仪表盘”。“应当看到，统计的完善也是为了更好地解释资金流向。统计和实际经济活动变化密切相关，各国货币统计都有一个不断完善的过程，也能更加真实地将本来漏损的资金反映出来。”光大证券首席固定收益分析师张旭说。
