九龙仓集团(00004.HK) 与会德丰合作发展的山顶项目1 PLANTATION ROAD，目前收到100组客人表达购买意向，当中本地客及内地客各占一半。会德丰地产副主席兼常务董事黄光耀表示，首阶段将以招标形式推售5间独立屋，即分别是1号、2号、3号、5号及6号屋，实用面积介乎5,600至6,200平方呎，其余15间则倾向出租。
黄光耀预计，项目会于本月起供准买家预约参观现楼，料需时最少一个月，其后会再公布招标安排。
他对项目销售有信心，又透露目前约有4至5台客希望购买超过一间独立屋。价钱方面，将参考山顶物业的成交价，有信心呎价可打破山顶Mount Nicholson的纪录。
对于豪宅市场，他指出，财富效应应带动楼市，加上政府考虑优化投资移民计划，均对金融及物业市场有帮助，而且豪宅供应一向不多，料今年豪宅楼价可升一成。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-03-03 12:25。)
