新浪科技讯 3月3日下午消息，360集团创始人、董事长周鸿祎发布视频称，AI对普通人的影响正在被低估，其爆发既是普通人的机会，也是很多人难以跨越的关卡。许多人的工作面临被AI取代的风险，若抓不住AI红利，可能会被AI时代远远抛下。AI进化是对人类工作不断替代和优化的过程，根据美国一个咨询公司的报告，全球会有50%的现有职业被AI取代，DeepSeek的出现加速了这一过程。

　　周鸿祎称，原来也不太相信AI能取代程序员，也觉得AI取代不了写稿的能力，但是DeepSeek最近能力提升之大，包括其对全球AI水平促进之快，让他相信今年DeepSeek写的文章能超过90%的人，AI编程序大概能够取代80%的面向前端的初中级工程师。

　　“曾经我也觉得AI低门槛的使用和近乎免费的成本应该会带来普惠，缩小社会差距，让大家更加平等。但现在看起来现实可能很残酷，它可能进一步拉大人与人的距离，而且这个趋势不可逆转。因为DeepSeek虽然很强大，但是面对DeepSeek，不同人有不同的使用方式。”周鸿祎称。

　　周鸿祎强调，使用AI作为工具辅助工作产出的质量主要取决于两个关键因素，一个是使用者提问题的质量，第二个是提问者对AI产出结果的筛选验证和选择。“针对复杂任务的研究发现，精英人群从AI中获得的帮助更大，普通员工可能不仅没有提升，甚至还有退步。”
