观点网讯：2月28日，日本零售巨头永旺宣布两项重要收购计划，旨在整合旗下业务资源。
据悉，该公司拟对从事设施管理的子公司永旺永乐发起要约收购，将其私有化，并通过换股方式收购商业地产开发公司永旺梦乐城。
据了解，永旺将以每股5400日元的价格收购永旺永乐全部股份，总金额高达1094亿日元。同时，与永旺梦乐城商讨换股事宜，计划于4月初达成最终协议，并于7月完成交易。
