智通财经APP讯，吉利汽车(00175)发布公告，于2025年3月2日，浙江吉润(公司附属公司)、两江产业基金、重庆产业母基金、重庆迈驰、路特斯机器人、千里科技及江河汇订立合资企业框架协议，订约各方有条件同意成立合资公司从事智驾业务。于交割后，集团、重庆迈驰、千里合伙企业、路特斯机器人及雇员激励平台将分别拥有合资公司的30%、30%、30%、5%及5%的权益。
公告称，合资公司将整合各方在智能驾驶技术、研发资源、资金及产业资源等方面的优势，发挥更大协同效应，提升研发效率并降低成本，进而加速形成智能驾驶技术的产业领先优势。
合资公司将成为集团构建汽车人工智能生态的重要合作伙伴，为集团未来产品提供先进的智能驾驶方案。同时，集团将与合资公司紧密协作，完善自身产品的智能驾驶体系及应用搭载，加速智能驾驶功能的迭代升级，提升未来产品的市场竞争力，为用户带来更安全、更便利的智能化出行体验。
