据知情人士透露，普拉达接近达成从Capri Holdings Ltd．手中收购范思哲的协议，此前就将近15亿欧元（16亿美元）的收购价达成一致。

　　知情人士称，普拉达和Capri可能本月敲定收购范思哲的交易。由于讨论未公开要求匿名的知情人士称，初步尽职调查未发现任何风险，谈判正取得进展。

　　知情人士补充道，收购时机和估值可能会发生变化，谈判也有可能破裂。2018年Capri约以18亿欧元收购了范思哲，该公司周日未回应置评请求。普拉达不予置评。
