极星汽车回应裁员：公司组织架构进行调整，目前正常运营
快科技2月28日消息，据媒体报道，极星科技（由极星汽车与星纪魅族成立的合资公司）表示，公司目前运营正常。
当前正在进行组织架构调整，以更好地适应市场变化、提升运营效率。
此次调整期间，车主相关权益不受影响，车辆服务也保持正常。
据报道，极星科技成立于2023年6月，最初由极星汽车和吉利旗下的星纪魅族联合组建，旨在强化极星在中国的本土化运营能力。
据悉，极星汽车成立于2017年，最初的研发和设计团队位于欧洲，生产则在中国进行，沃尔沃汽车是其大股东。
2020年，极星还设立了在华独资子公司极星中国。
今日早些时候有消息称，春节过后，极星科技开始裁员，涉及约50人，包括销售和运营人员，被裁员工可获得N+1赔偿。
