观点网讯：3月3日，新加坡城市发展有限公司（CDL）宣布，已签约出售苏州工业园区丰隆城市中心的零售与办公部分，预计交易将在2025年第一季度完成。
此次交易的接盘方为新建元和元联基金组成的联合体。
此次出售的丰隆城市中心位于苏州工业园区，是CDL在中国的重要资产之一。新建元披露，元联基金将携手URF盈展集团对苏州丰隆城市生活广场进行改造提升及管理运营。
