0904 GMT - Continental's guidance for 2025 is weaker than expected, Jefferies analysts say in a research note. The German car-parts company's guidance for adjusted EBIT at mid points is an around 4% miss to consensus and an around 9% miss to Jefferies estimates, the analysts say. Outlook for the auto segment margin also missed slightly at around 3.3% at midpoint, compared to consensus of 3.4% and Jefferies estimated 3.5%, they say. "Commentary also indicates that guidance does not take significant changes in tariffs into account, which adds a layer of uncertainty about the guide," they say.
