智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司获悉国家金融监督管理总局深圳监管局已批准张传红先生担任公司非执行董事的任职资格。据此，委任张传红先生为第三届董事会非执行董事自2025年2月28日起生效，并至第三届董事会任期届满之日为止。
经董事会审议通过，张传红先生担任第三届董事会风险管理与内部控制委员会成员、关联交易控制委员会成员及社会责任与消费者权益保护委员会成员，任期自2025年2月28日起至第三届董事会任期届满之日止。
自2025年2月28日起，刘希普先生不再担任非执行董事、董事会风险管理与内部控制委员会成员、关联交易控制委员会成员及社会责任与消费者权益保护委员会成员。
