智通财经APP获悉，新意网集团(01686)跌超6%，截至发稿，跌6.49%，报8.21港元，成交额2.43亿港元。
消息面上，新意网集团近期发布截至2024年12月31日止6个月业绩，该集团期内取得收入14.7亿港元，同比增加14%；股东应占溢利4.84亿港元，同比增加11%。来自数据中心及资讯科技设施业务的收入按年上升15%至13.61亿港元，主要由期内进驻新数据中心的新客户贡献的收入所带动。
交银国际指出，新意网集团2025上半财年业绩稍高于预期；新数据中心预租进展不俗，AI算力驱动增长。该行指出，按2025年2月25日收盘价计算，自2024年5月覆盖以来公司股价已上升约3.5倍。该行认为现时估值已与同行的国际头部企业相若，并充分反映基本面上的正面驱动因素，短期进一步上升空间有限，因此下调评级至“中性”。
