　　3月3日午间消息，雀巢今日宣布已与徐氏家族达成协议，收购徐福记剩余40%的股份。徐福记是中国领先的糖果糕点制造商和销售商。雀巢在2011年与徐福记结成合作伙伴关系，收购了徐福记60%的股份，并开始为徐福记品牌系列提供配方、研发、质量控制等方面的技术和市场支持。

　　通过此次交易，徐福记将更广泛、更便捷地获取雀巢的全球品牌和产品资源，以实现其增长目标。雀巢也可以通过徐福记的既有优势，特别是其强大的分销网络，来发展国内的零食和糖果业务。

　　雀巢大中华区首席执行官张西强表示：“此举将徐福记的高效运营和创业精神与我们经过验证的创新能力相结合，能够加速徐福记品牌的增长，并进一步加强雀巢在中国的市场表现。此举也展现出我们对中国市场的长期承诺，将会增强我们在这个充满活力的市场发展国际和本土品牌的能力。”
