智通财经APP讯，尝高美集团(08371)发布公告，集团已透过其全资附属公司签订了一份新的租赁协议(新租赁协议)，在中国香港开设一间新的米泰餐厅(新餐厅)。
业主为中国香港主要物业发展商及高级购物中心营运商。新餐厅：米泰餐厅，位于：荃湾广场，荃湾。餐厅地点：铺350-352，三楼。租赁期限：5年。
公告称，预计新餐厅将于2025年第二季度开始营业。这将会是集团第三间米泰餐厅。新租赁协议的条款是由业主与集团经公平磋商后确定的，并参考了相似物业类型、楼龄及位置的现行市场租金。荃湾广场距离荃湾西港铁站仅几步之遥，是区内最大的综合商场，荃湾广场始终为顾客提供无与伦比的休闲、购物、餐饮体验(资料来源：tsuenwanplaza.com.hk)。
