消息面上，京信通信此前公布，公司将以每股1.09港元的价格，向两名投资者易磊(实益持有人为Ocean Link Investment Limited)及英特尔发行共约3.41亿股新股，集资约3.72亿港元。值得注意的是，证券时报此前报道称，易磊与一家已上市的苹果供应商董事长之子同名，这使得市场对易磊的身份充满了猜测，但公告内并没有更多有关易磊的介绍。
