消息面上，细叶榕科技发布公告，于2025年3月3日，公司与投资者(Arena Business Solutions Global SPC II , Ltd)订立认购协议，公司有权不时按本公告所述向投资者发行及出售且投资者将向公司认购最多1亿美元(相当于约7.8亿港元)的股份。
公告称，公司订立认购协议的主要理由是为获取灵活且可观的资金来源，公司可从投资者获得多达1亿美元的资金。股本信贷额度安排为公司提供必要的财务资源，以支持其营运资金需求、一般企业用途及增长机遇。股本信贷额度安排亦提供极大灵活性，使公司能够在需要时要求垫款，而非一次性提取全部融资，从而避免大量和即时的摊薄。
透过根据当时的股票价格和资金需求来安排垫款的时间，公司可确保不论市况如何都能持续获得资金，以支援有效率的营运和策略规划。通过选择以承诺费用股份而非现金的形式支付承诺费用，公司可以保留现金以应对其他关键营运需求或投资机会。
