智通财经APP讯，中国金茂(00817)发布公告，于2025年3月4日，西安顺茂(公司间接全资附属公司)与嘉兴唐茂及西安长茂签署股权转让协议，据此，西安顺茂同意收购而嘉兴唐茂同意出售西安长茂49%的股权，总对价约为人民币16.87亿元。
公告称，嘉兴唐茂因其自身原因拟出售其持有的西安长茂股权。于本次交易前，西安长茂为公司的间接非全资附属公司，其日常经营管理及该项目的开发均由集团主导负责。通过本次交易，西安长茂将成为公司的间接全资附属公司，这可确保该项目成功收尾，相关各项事宜顺利完成。
据悉，该项目位于中国陕西省西安市未央区。该项目占地约6.67万平方米，已开发为可售住宅项目，计容建筑面积共计约16.67万平方米。预计将于2026年1月竣工。
