置富产业信托(00778.HK) 刚公布最新业绩。管理人首席执行官赵宇表示，今年会就屯门华都大道进行空间与设计升级，预计资本开支为900万元，预计竣工日期为今年第三季。另外，集团亦计划斥资3,200万元重新规划丽港城商场的地库层，预期竣工日期为今年第四季。
至于置富都会的升级计划则会延迟，料需在明年打后才能完成。赵宇解释是由于上述两个项目的回报将更大。她续指，红磡区近年变化较大，料区内人口于未来几年将持续增加。目前该商场的出租率为90%，集团将持续提升出租率。
租续租金方面，虽然去年录得单位数负增长，但她期望今年的负增长可以收窄，甚至持平。
