新浪科技讯 3月4日下午消息，从京东方面获悉，京东从2015年推出以旧换新服务至今，持续完善以旧换新产品体系，已联动全国各地拆解企业、零部件厂商等上下游伙伴，打造出了“换新-回收-再制造”的数字化闭环。

　　目前，京东以旧换新服务从用户预约到工程师上门回收，再到后端回传旧机信息等系列动作，已实现全链路、可溯源的数字化操作。此外，用户端也可实时查询服务进度，了解旧机处置情况。

　　近日，京东以旧换新服务还收到了来自福建一位施姓消费者的锦旗致谢。2月末，施先生家人一枚价值十多万元的钻戒不慎遗失在废旧洗衣机中，并进入家电回收站点。接到救助消息后，京东通过数字化、可溯源的以旧换新系统，一天内便被精准定位到这枚钻戒并物归原主。

　　据悉，2024年京东通过以旧换新服务回收老旧家电超2000万台；截至目前，京东以旧换新服务已覆盖家电、家居、建材、3C、数码、汽车、电动自行车、健康器械、健身器材，全国超90%县域农村地区均有消费者通过京东进行以旧换新。（闫妍）
