新丝路文旅预计2024年归母净利润亏损1.7亿港元至1.9亿港元
3月4日，新丝路文旅（00472）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月30日的全年将面临更大的亏损。根据未审计的综合管理账目，预计本集团拥有人应占亏损将在1.7亿港元至1.9亿港元之间，相较于2023年的8230万港元亏损增加。造成亏损扩大的主要原因包括年内出售或处置子公司的亏损以及相关业务经营的亏损。
公告指出，以上数据基于公司管理层目前所能获取的信息，尚未经过审计委员会或审计师的审阅，最终的财务数据将在2025年3月14日随全年业绩披露时公布。公司提醒股东及有意投资者在进行股票交易时需谨慎行事。
