智通财经APP讯，丘钛科技(01478)公布，公司参与新巨科技的私募配售事项已于2025年3月3日完成。合共2000万股配售股份已按每股新台币22.16元的价格发行予该公司，相当于于私募配售完成后经扩大新巨科技的已发行普通股股份总数的约9.8%。
于上述私募配售完成后，该公司直接及间接地合计持有85,330,589股新巨科技的普通股股份，相当于于私募配售完成后经扩大新巨科技的已发行普通股股份总数的约41.8%。
公告称，公司将继续努力推动新巨科技加强其应用于智能手机、AR/VR、IoT等领域的镜头能力的提升，董事相信参与私募配售事项有助于集团形成更好的垂直链条整合并进一步向智能视觉系统方案商的方向发展，符合公司及其股东的整体利益。因此，尽管受股份认购协议书签署后新巨科技的股价变动影响，令得最终配售价较暂定配售价高出约 5.5%，董事会同意按最终配售价认购配售股份。
