3 月 3 日，据官方公告，Binance 宣布为遵守欧盟关于稳定币的最新监管要求，将调整非 MiCA（《加密资产市场监管条例》）合规稳定币在欧洲经济区（EEA）的使用。这些受影响的资产包括 USDT、FDUSD、TUSD、USDP、DAI、AEUR、UST、USTC 和 PAXG。
MiCA 合规的稳定币交易对（如 USDC 和 EURI）以及法币交易对（如 EUR）将继续可用且不受影响。Binance 建议用户尽快将持有的非 MiCA 合规稳定币（如 USDT）转换为 USDC、EURI 或 EUR。非 MiCA 合规稳定币的托管功能仍将保留，用户可随时存取这些资产。具体调整时间如下：
现货交易：自 2025 年 3 月 31 日 07:59（北京时间）起，非 MiCA 合规稳定币的现货交易对将被完全下架，用户仍可通过 Binance Convert 出售剩余资产。
杠杆交易：自 2025 年 3 月 27 日 15:00（北京时间）起，非 MiCA 合规杠杆交易对将被完全下架，Binance 将自动将用户的相关资产和负债转换为 USDC，并取消所有未完成的订单。
