此次合作将聚焦于合同能源管理、节能技术改造及能源管理系统平台搭建等领域，旨在提升在综合能源服务领域的市场占有率和品牌影响力。
根据合作协议，双方将围绕学校、医院及政府行政大楼等公共机构开展深入合作，探索合资公司等合作形式。合作内容包括共同推进建筑节能项目，为客户提供节能解决方案，以及在全国范围内为滨投天津的项目提供技术支持。此外，双方还将探索股权合作，挖掘未来更多发展可能性。此次合作被视为在双碳目标下的重要战略举措，将加速公司的转型为综合能源供应商。
