信义玻璃2024年度收益为223.24亿元 同比减少8.1%
3月2日，信义玻璃（00868）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的业绩公告。公司收益为223.24亿元，较2023年的242.94亿元减少8.1%。本公司股本权益持有人应占溢利为33.69亿元，较去年减少31%。每股基本盈利为79.23分，较去年的117.6分下降32.6%。董事会建议派发每股末期股息10港分，较2023年的37港分减少73%。
从财务回顾来看，收入下降主要是由于浮法玻璃产品的平均售价显著下降，且受到中国房地产市场放缓的影响。毛利为67.3亿元，较2023年的78.18亿元减少7.5%，毛利率轻微上升至32.4%。
