中国高速传动启动独立调查 罢免执行董事房坚
3月2日，中国高速传动（00658）发布公告，主要涉及独立调查的更新及罢免执行董事的决定。公告中提到，独立调查机构已在董事会和公司全力支持下推进调查，以确定相关协议及款项的重大事实。预计在2025年3月中旬前完成电子数据收集，并在2025年4月中旬前完成所有文件的审查。
