智通财经APP讯，洲际船务(02409)发布公告，本期间(截至2024年12月31日止年度)股东应占溢利预计将较截至2023年12月31日止年度的股东应占溢利增加约200%至220%。
公告称，该增加主要由于(其中包括)(i)较截至2023年12月31日止年度相比，全球海运贸易量增加，波罗的海干散货指数(BDI)均值增加27.5%，使集团能够收取更高的运费率并赚取更高收入;(ii)同时，集团继续加强管理能力，努力控制成本，显著提升盈利能力;及(iii)本期间，公司积极响应全球航运业环保与可持续发展趋势，及为遵循环境、社会及管治相关要求，集团通过有条不紊的规划与高效执行，优化船队结构，有序出售了一批耗能较高的船舶，并同步推进船队更新与升级，因此，集团确认船舶出售收益约4600万美元。扣除资产出售收益及金融资产减值亏损后，集团本期间的息税前盈利预计将较截至2023年12月31日止年度增加约80%至100%。
