智通财经APP讯，陆控(06623)发布公告，于本公告日期，独立调查仍在进行。独立调查目前预计将于2025年4月中旬基本完成，其后本公司将披露主要调查结果和本公司就所提及的交易的进一步行动(如有)的计划。
于本公告日期，审计委员会正在对本公司的候选继任核数师进行评估。股东于股东大会上批准建议委任后，本公司将视乎继任核数师的意见及接纳程序，与继任核数师合作，对本公司截至2022年、2023年及2024年12月31日止年度的财务报告进行审计。本公司将于选定继任核数师后另行作出公告。
由于继任核数师需要时间完成审计工作，或会导致本公司可能延迟刊发2024年年度业绩。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
