消息面上，港交所披露的最新资料显示，睿远基金在2月26日增持固生堂41万股，每股作价38.6889港元/股，总金额约为1586.24万港元。增持后最新持股数目为1471.83万股，最新持股比例为6.04%。据悉，睿远基金于2月21日以每股均价33.6615港元增持固生堂75.34万股普通股股份，价值约2536.06万港元。增持后，睿远基金最新持股数目为1220.49万股股份，持仓比例由4.7%升至5.01%。
值得一提的是，2月19日，高盛FICC与股票部门发布了《中国AI医疗指数》报告，固生堂凭借其在AI领域的超前布局和创新实践，成功入选该榜单。此前，固生堂宣布接入DeepSeek。中信建投证券指出，展望未来，公司将通过：1）AI 技术及OMO 战略赋能诊疗及经营效率提升；2）国内及国际化扩张进一步提升品牌渗透力；3）数智驱动中药院内制剂转化。目前公司估值处于历史较低水平，看好公司业绩保持快速增长趋势，有望逐步实现价值重估。
